You’re in safe hands—guided by a strong lineage and surrounded by support. The entire retreat is designed to help you process, integrate, and find clarity.Â

Travel Logistics
ARRIVAL: AT LEAST one day before retreat start date (May 15th).Â
*If you need longer adjustment time due to jet lag or traveling from afar, we encourage to fly earlier than May 15th.
AIRPORT:Â Jose Cordova Airport Medellin (MDE)
FIRST NIGHT:Â We will stay in a hotel 5 minutes from the airport and travel to the eco-retreat center the following morning as a group. (Shuttle service provided from airport to hotel).
If you arrive a few days earlier, we will reserve additional days for you at the hotel.
(approximate cost: $60/night based on shared accommodations- includes buffet breakfast, gym, sauna, wifi, airport shuttle)

Is there any after retreat integration provided?
YES! A week after the retreat, we’ll have a group call to keep the healing going and support your integration.Â
You’ll also get a 1:1 private call with Drs. Sonny & Shaili to review your Biofields and receive a personalized protocol for your continued well-being!
What if I’m on medication?
If you are on anti-depressants, anxiolytics or anti-psychotics, you will need to taper before the retreat.Â
