Before creating this retreat, we were seekers too.

Like many people on a spiritual path, we encountered an overwhelming amount of information — countless teachings and perspectives all pointing in different directions. It was inspiring, but also confusing. There was no clear sense of how to bring these teachings into real life.

For Alex and Laura, this path had already been unfolding for over a decade. They had been holding retreats, living with Indigenous communities, and serving as custodians of ancient altars — carrying forward traditions rooted in generations of lived wisdom.

For Drs. Shaili and Sonny, that shift was profound. When they attended Alex and Laura’s retreat as participants, they witnessed more healing in a single night than they had in their entire medical career!

Our intention is not simply to offer a powerful experience, but to share practices that help people carry clarity, healing, and meaning back into daily life.
